I really enjoyed the class. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The pace are perfect, not too fast, and I felt like I had enough time to settle into each pose. I loved the calming atmosphere, it helped me relax and focus throughout the class. improvements since I started :- I’ve been focusing more on my breath, and I’m able to stay more relaxed and steady during challenging poses. I’ve been practicing more regularly, and I can feel my strength building, especially in poses like Plank and Warrior.
